• He is generally cautious, but he’s not a doomsday prepper either. He’s going to care about your safety and walk you home and ask about your general whereabouts, but he certainly doesn’t plan for you being put in extreme danger

If you do have some scrapes or bruises, a small frown appears on his face as he patches you up, but you can see a complicated swirl of emotions in his eyes. A tender caress of his face or a kiss on his forehead will pull him out of his chaotic thoughts with a smile
• He’s a little on edge after the incident, but he doesn’t become clingy. His only request is that if you want to explore any domains that you take him with you

• He is very interesting when you are put in danger, whether it’s getting captured by treasure hoarders or perhaps accidentally activating a ruin guard
• Given that he is a former Archon, a lot of the threats that happen to you can be easily taken care of with a simple swing of his polearm
• Zhongli is calm, cool, and collected when he finds out you are in danger, but he makes rescuing you his immediate priority
• Typically, he’s going to find you before anything bad can happen to you; you’re under his careful watch at all times. Though he isn’t an archon anymore, he will still use his abilities to keep tabs on you, just to ensure your safety
• On the off chance that you somehow manage to get hurt before he arrives, that’s when you’ll see the subtle shift in Zhongli’s demeanor
• You find out very quickly why he is one of the Seven; when he puts his mind to it he can be ruthless and devastating in the heat of battle. You’ll get a mere taste of the violence he is capable of as the oldest Archon who fought in the Archon War
• Once the threat has been handled, Zhongli looks at you apologetically as he makes sure that you are alright. He will be uncharacteristically quiet for a bit as he reflects on his behavior. No matter how he felt seeing you in danger, he should have reigned it in a little
• He’ll apologize for frightening you, regardless if he even scared you in the first place. It’s a side of him that he had hoped to bury; there was enough blood on his hands to last a thousand lifetimes, and he didn’t want to taint yours with it
• At your reassurance he will relax a bit, likely kissing the top of your head before he delves into a long winded lecture about how you need to be more careful. Just because he is an Archon doesn’t mean he wants you to be reckless and depend on him to save you every time
• He’ll make you a nice warm cup of tea when he brings you home, and will discuss old war stories should you be curious enough to ask after his display of strength. While he never liked to linger on the past, he felt it was right for you to learn about who he was in the millennias before he met you

anyway back to the request I question the visions and delusions part because Qiqi is a Zombie an uses a cryo vision BUT I’M GONNA GLOSS OVER THAT BECAUSE YEs

Let’s go lowest to highest in ranking like I usually do and start with Childe who, imo, would accept on the grounds that it is power and he will take anything to become more powerful even at a detriment to his health and physical condition. Though there is a price, he has accepted prices before and assuming that the pay off is good enough the use of a vision or delusion would be obsolete anyway. That, coupled with his love for you as his motivation is more than enough to sway him in your favour as he can see more to gain than lose from spending eternity by your side.

Arlecchino is a tough one because I can totally see it and it’s really hot but Idk if she would. I wanna say yes, but I can also see reasons for no. The Vampire Arlecchino energy wins though because tbh I can see her being willing to make that sacrifice for her lover. I don’t see her as fully whipped per se but like she’s definitely loyal yk, probably pick you over the Tsaritsa and would want to spend an eternity with you at your behest.

Next is Pantalone. Cool vampire vibes. Someone gave me this wonderful headcanon that he is obsessed with his delusion, and I now love it to death so much that I based a character on it. So tbh yeah, there’s benefits in this for him. He gets to be with you and have a little more power at a far lesser detriment. Plus like, you can’t convince me this man wouldn’t be lowkey into it.

Signora, I’m not sure. She has already lived a long time, and she has a lot of natural power already. Her delusion is what balances her, so I honestly think I’d have to say no. I WANNA SAY YES REALLY BAD BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE THERE’S OPPORTUNITY THERE, but I also just don’t think so, but like she’ll still be with you for a long time.

Sandrone, I honestly don’t know either, because I don’t know much from the two words she’s spoken. If I remember, she doesn’t care for other people, though, so she’s likely very in love with anyone who managed to break through that and may be willing to make sacrifices for you.

For Scaramouche- well, bro is an artificial human, so tbh, I don’t even think he would be affected by that. I’ll skip him too.

Next would be Pulcinella, but I was told no Pulcinella, so Capitano (I almost forgot him send help). I like the abyssal creature Capitano headcanon, but even if he was just, a guy. I think the answer is no. HE’S WHIPPED AND WOULD DO ANYTHING BUT NOT THIS 😭 at least not at first, but give it a while and I can see it. It’ll take time, though.

Columbina is also tricky because she has such entity vibes, but like also, seraph/vampire pairing would be so hot I can’t even deny that. I should write that. Anyway, I feel like she’s already immortal, so that doesn’t matter, and she is indifferent to the power you offer. It’s a matter of it not holding value. She has everything she could get out of it already.

Finally, we come to Dottore. Dottore is into it, don’t lie, you know he is; this man is freaky. He’d enjoy the prospect of being a Vampire more than the perks of it, and that’s enough to convince him. Besides it’s 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓼𝓬𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮 so he gets to excuse it. He couldn’t turn it down even if it was just one of his segments because he’s got to know what it’s like and all the differences. He collects knowledge.

This was way more chaotic than usual 💀 Idk if I will write more like this but I did enjoy it so maybe, depends if y'all like this or my other styles more. I just like the chilled out casual chaos sometimes so lmk

However, despite all of the facts above, to say the Knave was smitten with her lover was an understatement. Yes, even someone like her had a partner, which bewildered anyone who even knew her name.

Most people were not aware of your existence, save for the people that worked at her estate, who were obviously sworn to secrecy. And then there were the Fatui agents stationed at the orphanage who saw you every now and then. Initially, they were confused, but seeing your interactions with their commander, they quickly connected the dots, especially when Arlecchino sent them that look. Working under the Knave generally meant you had to be tight-lipped anyway.

But engagement and marriage can hardly ever be a quiet affair. Word was bound to get out, and it did. After all, one of the Cryo Archon’s Harbingers getting married was practically international news. Especially Arlecchino, who never seemed to have a trace of emotion on her face. But with enough control, the word of her union was contained to the Fatui and other high-ranked nobles. Even the Tsaritsa herself was said to be attending the wedding.

It had grown into a bigger event than Arlecchino had planned for, but when she saw how happy you were, she couldn’t bring herself to complain. She could endure some idiots for a day if it were for you. She would do a lot of things for you, actually. Never would she have thought of getting married, much less genuinely falling in love. Always, she was out to benefit herself and didn’t care for the aftermath of her actions. But after she met you, she knew couldn’t ever do that to you. And now, here she was today.

‌ ‌𓂅 You let out a breath of relief as the lock of the cell broke, quickly sneaking out of it without making much creaking and taking quiet steps. In the distance the cell chief justice was kept in stole your attention. After betraying your morals, you left the judge and others without trying to help them, trying to reason with yourself about how your decision wasn’t selfish but reasonable.

if you’re wondering where the shy part went, it was lost to this phenomenon called “I can’t read” and by the time I realised it said that I was already done. I feel like this is the second time it’s happened.

Alright usual order Tartaglia first. I’ll be honest; I have no clue. Like, I literally left his here just saying, “Alright usual order”, because what the FUCK would he do. He doesn’t seem like a flower person, but also it being his s/o changes that so much because his s/o might make him a flower person. You could guess his favourite colour is yellow and suddenly it’s yellow because he’s so normal for you. He didn’t even like flowers, but omg, you got him flowers. These are his new favourite flowers ever kinda thing.

Next is Arlecchino (more food is coming I promise), and tbh, I feel like she’d enjoy receiving flowers. It’s not an overly flashy gift, and it probably took a lot for you to go out of your way to get that for her, let alone give it to her. She appreciates that you would get her a gift at all because receiving gifts feels nice sometimes. You can have a kiss for your flowers.

Third would be Pantalone, whose I kinda answered. Flowers are a gift, and honestly, I love the idea that as long as the gifts have sentimental value, that’s what he’ll treasure the most. He’s gonna display those in his nicest vase for people to see. Why would you be nervous about that? The thought of what people think of them? No need. Nobody critiques his decor and means it. They know better.

La Signora would appreciate them, but they gotta be nice, yk? And like, you’ve gotta pay attention. There’s no point if you just get whatever’s available. Does she like those kinds of flowers? Old people like flowers so he’d be happy with that, something nice to add some colour to a room or something Idk I’m not old (I’M SORRY I’LL BE SERIOUS). Some of you have no grandfather OR father you just like me fr so I’ll throw in for y'all that he’d be proud of you for picking out such a nice gift and acquiring it of your own accord (which you are capable of) because it must’ve been difficult to get past the initial conversation starter problem.

Columbina thinks of it like anything else you do, more confused as to what the occasion is than anything and not very sure what provoked you to do this, but she accepts it and thanks you nonetheless because she still does like it. She just also wants to know what you’re doing and why, but she’s satisfied with the answer that you just wanted to and cuts you off before the apologies if she doesn’t like it.

What the fuck did you get Dottore flowers for?? Like, what would he do with them?? That’s awkward. He’ll take them off your hands, but after that, he kinda just 🧍 because what else does he do? He can look at them and sit them somewhere, but like they have no purpose. The effort is nice. He probably doesn’t want these again tho unless he can use them for something. We are at Pierro, and I think it’s a bit of a mix. On the surface, he may seem like he doesn’t want them and only accepts them to save your feelings but secretly treasures them ❤️ I like the idea of him being sentimental toward his s/o because something about it is just cute. It also matches the vibe, like, he’s got a very closed-off exterior that you are used to that’s meant to hide that adorable and undeniably vulnerable interior that really, really loves you and all of the things you do for him.
